I think the Kerala Blasters FC fans (Manjapadda is the name of fan club) is the best one. They never live their team alone wether they have finished at the bottom of the table or missed the to win the league trophy in final.

Kerala Blasters have never won Indian Super League but the fans still support them regardless of the results.
In 2017, Manjappada won the 'Fan Club of the Year' award at the inaugural Indian Sports Honours. The event was an initiative aimed at honouring sports-related persons and groups for their outstanding achievements and in 2020, the group won the award for the second time.

@paniyath yeah I am also a big blasters fan not a big but a huge fan. Although I didn't had the privilege of visiting the home of the 12th man(Kerala Blasters fans will know) I have the feeling of it by watching through T.V.

The camera shakes due to intense celebration on the stands and combine it with Shaikh Damodaran commentry it is an awesome experience.
Although it was a bit sad to see the empty stands due to corona but I hope the next season Manjapadda will be back supporting the Kombans.
