OSM closed competition

How can I open my competition? I want that all people can join my competition. Last one manager wanted join and I needed to accept him. Why do I need to accept him? Where's the option, I can't find. Thanks

Could be that you used one of the advanced settings like timers/TC off, then it will be automatically a closed league or you just did not put the settings right.

You will find the option if you go to the moderator tools, then you will see this

But remember that you can only turn it open if you did not used any of the advanced settings.
