Always Have Connection Problem When I Play OSM

Well, i have this connection problem (if i'm not wrong remembering) since last month, especially when i play OSM on the Android App.
Firstly i guess it's because my internet provider, but it doesn't make a sense because i have no issue when access another apps and websites with my same internet provider.
So the logical reason i thought for this problem is OSM have a problem with his server. I tried to be patient and believe this problem will be solving soon, yes i felt the improvement every day even it doesn't fully solved, so i appreciate it and still waiting patiently.
But my patient is over last night when i tried to play my OSM and i'm embarrassed because the connection issue were getting worse, i often get disconnected notification from the game app. Also when i tried to access the game on the website, sometimes i need to reload and reload again because the loading stop but the game has not completely appear in my screen.
Please fix this issue, i cannot prepare the best for my team because of this connection problem.
NOTE : For your consideration, i play OSM in East Borneo, Indonesia. Maybe your server have a problem for some region because it's not only me having this problem, some my crew mate also have a same problem.
