A strange bug in the transfer lists

Hello,
I found out that when ı sold a player to a different team from another country, I see him in the transfer list tomorrow with a high performance skills. For example while training Liverpool, yesterday I sold Dybala to Milan. And today ı found out that Milan is selling him with a high level and money. It happens with a defence player a couple of days ago, how can it be happen, it is strange? -
