Scouting option <20 years old

Hello moderators,
Is it possible to add an option in scouting to get teenagers more easy? For example scouting <21, 21 - 24, 25 - 29 and 30 and older...
It's frustrating that I get lots of 23/24 year olds and have to wait anorhwr 18 hours...
