Missing Boss coins

Hey,

I recently die the coins bonus action from ladbrokes. I put €20 on a new account i made which was also verificated nu Them. I made a bet in the cassino on the roulette table (sadly lost) but i didnt het my coins. I have proof of my transfer , verification and bank credit. I tried to do this in the app but i couldnt insert any proof. Van you help me here?
