I just bought a package with 1125 tokens. The money were taken from my credit card, but in game I didn't receive anything. I did this from another account.

I also want to remind you that if If you check our Terms (http://www.onlinesoccermanager.com/Terms) you can read on point 2 that having more than one account is not allowed on OSM.
So it would be a good idea to remove one of them.
