There is a manager in my legaue and he is cheating
he has many accounts and he trasnfer players Illegally! -

cheating will never be discussed, reported, and handled through forums.
If you suspect that someone is cheating you have to report him through the OSM system by going to the manager's profile and use the report cheating tool which you'll find there.
