why are there not any good players on the transfer list? I already played 18 matches this season but the transfer list is like: Attack: 102 / 96 / 91, midfield; 97 / 93 / 89 and defense; 97 / 93 / 92. So no spectacular players on the transfer list so far. Where are the real good players?

Transfer list is based on the needs of the league.
If no better players are added is because league average and players sold are way below those stats.
