Double Coins vs. Triple Coins

Why do the Double Coins work on the PC, but the Triple Coins do not? It is not comprehensible for me and not to understand at all. Do they only support smartphone users or what is the reason? I am very curious about a reasonable explanation.

Offers are different on each platform. It depends on partners and their customers.
Not all companies want to advertise on all platforms.
But, what's exactly the problem here? As far as I'm aware the triple BCs is also present on Web

Seems that I was mistake on my previous answer!
Our partners no longer offer solutions for Web and since this promo of triple BCs is only for videos from Business club, so you're right!
This triple BC promo only work on Apps (Android and iOS).
NOTE: The way system was implemented doesn't allow us to deactivate notifications on Web version.
