Manager kicked out of new league

As stated in the title, I set up a league with 2 friends and one was struggling to do think in the league, would say when creating his team that nil currency etc. The league has just started and his team name is there however he is not a manager in the league, and I can no longer invite him. Any help please!

@declanwashere Hello mate...as i see the case, he must have "accidentally" maybe, resigned from the league...that's why he can not enter the same league again....
