Can the points decrease usually?

I collect 26k points until today. But I don't know why now my points shows 16k.
Actually it has been changed after my last match (a few hours ago). I won the match and it reached to 26k. However, when I enter the game again my points has decreased to 16k.
I don't know, is that a bug? Or what I should?
