How long does it take for a computer to make a decision if I decide to negotiate with them? I am asking because I've sent a bid for Pedri two days ago, the computer is managing Barcelona and it still says the club is considering the offer?

See usually it takes only one day for computer to decide just check the negotiations tab
The deal might have been rejected or you might not have enough funds
