From experience, mostly amateurs take stronger clubs, while better managers take weaker clubs. Previously, this greatly contributed to the ranking of managers, while this is not the case now. That's why now these amateurs are in the top 100 in the rankings, and if they played against some "mediocre" manager in the new rankings, they would pass as Barcelona against Bayern (8: 2)
