I have an issue with a new League I just started on NL Servers, New-Zeeland Team Wellington.

It is still preseason (4 days left) and no Transfers have been made.
But I only have 13 players to start with!

Something went wrong right?
I like some challenges, but this is a bit over the top.
How am I supposed to do some transfers?
