Scout problem ?

Hello everyone,

I transferred all the players you can see in the picture by using scout. Of course, you can understand most of them are Italy's second league players. But scout can't find the players I wanted anymore. I try to find players with +100 but the scout is giving me irrelevant players. I am also sure players I want don't play another team in my league. is the problem just me or it is a bug or something? Normally I have no problem with the scout but in my last 5 tries, the scout doesn't work as I want it to.
