Yesterday, I have finished my epl league on 2nd place position with Leed united team on my slot 2 (S2) but after league reset, I'm not found my available Winner Cup Ticket, where's it? Thanks

@murid-nakal Hey there,
Can you try to remove cookies, temp files and clean your cache from your current browser and try again?
You can also try to open up OSM with a different browser and check it out, if it still doesn't show up, reply again.

@oddschum Thanks mate for your attention and suggestion but it look likes same as doesn't solved the problem. I've try opened with different browser chrome and mozila browser.

Hi @Murid-Nakal,
When a league offers spots to the Winners Cup it's clearly indicated in the league itself and there is also a message at the end of the season.
Not all leagues in OSM grant access to the Winners Cup, including crew leagues. Were you playing in a crew league?

@Silvester-J_NL Thanks mate for the info of winner cup ticket criteria. I dunno where played before, I just joined randomly public league osm with a manager moderator and as far I remembered some of managers with same crew. So I guest it's a crew league, once again thanks for the information mate.

You're welcome!I just found the new season of the league in wich you were playing: "Kocaelispor89 Ligi", which is the crew league of the crew Kocaelispor89. As you can see the first 4 spots of this league aren't shown as Winners Cup spots, while this is the case in a normal league in Italy.
