can’t add my friend

i cannot add my friend in osm even though he said he has added me
we have talked through chat but when i search up his name it says he doesn’t exist -

You can login on PC just as you are right now here on forum and add him by going to his OSM profile by clicking here. That's his profile, I don't know why isn't working for you but it worked fine for me, on both PC and phone
