Medals problem

Hello
I'm playing OSM for 3 months
And i'm already in World Stars Division
Here is the problem
In Leaderboard my Medals are 290,294
But in display (under names)
It says 289,608
Not a big deal right? But if only i level up to Division 8
The display still showing i'm in Division 7
Is there any chance to fix this issue?
