How do I report a user who uses racist language?

A manager from the same league keeps making racist comments about me and insulting me using my country and gender.
I was outraged by this and continued to report it, but it seems that the report did not go well because I did not know the exact form.
Do you have an accurate report form? If yes, please teach me. I don't want to hear swear words that make me tired anymore. -

As @Manchester-United-AFC said on his last post, please report it by filling a ticket - English language only!
Include screenshots of all the chat (if language used is not English, please copy the text and past it also - easier and faster for us to handle it!
