Why i am not able to create password

After confirming my email on mobile, I clicked forgot my password on PC. After I received an email I clicked on request a new password. After that it said "Something has gone wrong." Why can't I create a password? Can I create a password on mobile version? -

could you please try to clear the cache and cookies, including all data, and see again...
I think you can't create a password through App, but only through Webb (including and mobile version of Webb).
