Buy normal player with enough money but many bosscoins retracted

Hi,
I've just witnessed something strange. I bought a standard player and had enough cash, i didn't doubt for a second so i immediately bought this player after which something like 80 boss coins were retracted. Could you look into my situation and help me get the coins back?
