First, for queries and complaints, always create Your Own topic for a specific issue instead of posting your question on someone else's topic.
Although, achievements are stated when picking a team in tournaments, however, it is not considered during the course of the tournament nor its aftermath!
For the "achievement unlock" question, you need to clarify exactly what you mean or what you are asking in a new topic!
