@lirind Hey mate, thanks for the reply. After a couple of tries, it still does not work. What I noticed, is that the app would only load if I put it in the holland server. However, when I try to log in with my username and password it tells me that my manager name or password is incorrect. I think that happens because my details are registered under the "world" not "Holland" server. Let me know what you think.

I had the same issue. The only thing that fixed it is going to settings and changing my region to Dutch instead of World. Idk what that affects exactly but at least I can load the game now.

@jordan-serban Ok so here's the thing now. I can't log in to my account because "your manager name or password is incorrect," but I've triple checked that my info is correct. Could it be that changing the region to Dutch while my account is in the World region means it doesn't recognize me? Do I have to make a new account? I really don't want to because I've had this account since 2015.

There are two OSM worlds:
- Dutch - Everyone can play in there, but it's mainly for BeNeLux Players
- World - With more than 1M daily active players all around the world

@specialone Yes I have tried that, but when I change it back to World, I get the error again and I don't even reach the login page.

@jordan-serban 99% of the times, this is because users/devices had a previous account and they were locked/deleted.
You need to contact us via support by filling in a ticket so we can remove link to previous account. We'll be needing you to provide previous account name!
