Can not log in via Apple

I can only play OSM via the web version. Via Apple, unfortunately, I always get an error only when I try to install and log in. -

@SpecialOne Mr. Albino Costa. I had already written to them some time ago about my problem. Unfortunately they do not answer either? I thought that you can help managers when they have problems with this game.

I'll assume that you guys have installed the most recent version of the game.
Assuming that you get this error even before you log in, this means 99% of the times that there's another account linked to the device or to apple ID.
In both situations you have to contact our support directly here. Fill in as much data as possible and on description include the account that was linked to device or apple id so we can remove association.
If that's not the case, please include also device model and OS version.Doublecheck your manager name, most of the times support is delayed due to typos on manager names!
