i cant buy special offer player + some other issues

i simply cant buy the chiellini that the game is offering for 15 boss coins, i have the money i have the coins and when i click it just keeps loading and nothing happens. My money is not in the savings by the way. i need help, also it is not in this account but somehow i cant log in through facebook on PC (i can in the android). My name in the real account is "Francisco S..". I wish you can fix this fast because i have only 1h30min left. Thank you.

are you aware that having more than one account on OSM is against the OSM terms? Have you read the OSM terms - Term number 3?

are you aware that this is not my account and i used it because you dont let me login the game through my computer, also thank you for not helping me with my problem
