cant enter to the game

dear OSM it’s the first time i enter to the game in this device. When i enter to the game it instantly throws this error; In spanish is: Algo salió mal a la hora de iniciar OSM. “Vuelve más tarde por favor”, and in english i think it is something like this “Something went wrong when starting OSM. Come back late please”. It is strange because it doesn’t give a code error. I don’t have account because it’s the first time I enter to the game.
My device is a Iphone 6s and the software is the 15.4
