New League created: invited manager can’t join his team

I’ve created a private league and invited my friends. One of them created the team (fantasy league) but then appeared an error message. Now the team he created is there, but without manager, and my fiend has no possibility to join it. I spent 200coins to create the league and play with my friends, I’d like someone helps me to solve this problem. Thanks
