@hypograt As I see, staff as usual cares too much about cheating in the game... anyway, If you suspect someone is cheating you need to report it with proofs on this page:

@hypograt Hmm really dont know, but usually it takes max up to 48h during work days from my experience.. But sadly organization and dedication to preventing cheating is weak here, one look at global ranking tells you everything..

@majstor-matt I have this same issue.
One manager using mass multi in my league so blatant don’t even try to hide this. I have filed report. How long should I wait for an answer as this is unacceptable. If nothing is done then I want to request refunds as this players have a totally unfair advantage -
Cheat in my league with about 8 accounts. Blatantly obvious I have reported this. How long should it take for a response and action can anyone offer advice

When you say proof what is considered as proof? Is it now our job as players to catch a cheater or is that not a job that should be for game operator osm is not a new game I returned playing after a long time and my first league I chose is now fill of some guys accounts same country. Same create dates even same bloody name with a number at the end -

i have filed a report about some account that literally did not have any time left and im talking about 30 seconds and the interesting part is the account wasn't logged into either
could that report do anything?obviously no screen shots attached since idk what im supposed to screen shot

You know that this isn't true
We just changedthe way we approach this situation. We've been working on prevention instead of punishment. It's way harder to cheat these days, but that doesn't mean it's impossible. There are some managers on high places of ranking that may seem that they are cheating, but we can't punish based on feelings/assumptions/'knowing'. We need evidences to take actions.
Every cheater sooner or later will make a mistake and then....@hypograt said in report:

Tickets are handled sequentialy starting by the oldest ones (sorted by 'update' date. So everytime you send a new ticket about same subject, they are merged and 'update' date is updated. Same thing is valid for actions on ticket, like asking when you'll get an answer... It will move the ticket to the end of the queue!
