Should I kick inactive managers from my league?

As the title says, the only reason I have not kicked the 6 inactive managers in my league is because I think you can farm easy medals with them, since they are not playing.
So, do I get more medals for beating an inactive manager or is not really worth it?

@fabricio-beckelmann Hi when a manager stop playing you get the same amount of medal as if you playing against a computer so it will be better if you remove them
