Please Help - I'm Stuck With Error Page

I lost in a tournament couple of days ago, Today I clicked exit tournament button and same moment I got an "Something went wrong, we'll refresh the page" on the screen and I'm stuck. I cannot click nothing, the dashboard page just refreshes with same error message whatever I try to click.

Can someone help?

could you please clear the cache and cookies, including all data, from your browser and see it again...
