[BUG] Anchor to special player does not work

When navigating from the transfer list to the notifications and select the special player occasion (the one you can buy as seen in the image), the anchor does go to /Transferlist#special-offer but it does not open the modal/dialog like this:

This is fine for navigation from other pages, as far as I could tell.
