Team resign without resigning

Hi, so I was playing in the Division Francophones and I was super excited to play it as it was my first time playing it and as you all know it is very challenging but today morning when I woke up, I entered OSM and I entered my team, everything was good but then when I went back to career, it said something went wrong, I reload the career page and my team in Divisions Francophones literally disappeared. I didn't resign and I don't know if anyone hacked my OSM account and resigned in my team. I went to check my profile and one resign was added to my profile, please help me get my team back
