I can't login with my Facebook account please help me.

My OSM account was connected with my Facebook account and it was not connected with my email account so now when I try to open it with my Facebook account is says you're account is temporarily locked please help it.

@Mailuden Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you have trouble logging in with Facebook. Usually if your account gets blocked it's only for 20 minutes. Can you let me know if you have been able to log in already or if this issue is still going on? Thanks!

@rachelle99_5 hello dear, no this issue is still going on, it's been 2 weeks, my osm account was connected with my Facebook account, and I don't know my osm account password because it was connected with my Facebook.
the right side is my locked account that was connected with my Facebook account. -
@Mailuden Hi! Thanks for your reply. I see your account is not linked with any socials. Your account is linked with e-mail so you can try the forgot password function. The linked e-mail domain is yahoo.com.

@rachelle99_5 hello, yes but it was also connect with my FB, and its been long time that I'm not using my Yahoo because I lost my phone and my password it's been 8 years, so please solve my account problem.
