ERROR UNFIXABLE

i had two teams one in a league doing well and one in a tournament, the team in the tournament was lost in the group stages and said i was kicked out, the option to leave the tournament came up i clicked it now it has locked me out of both because it auto loads into the error screen. what can i do. i had to speed click before the error came up just to get to get into this forum. help please. my league team was doing so well

Can you please try to clear all your temporary files (some times it's enough to press CTRL + F5) and try again?
