Does support still exist?

Hello OSM players,
I recently started playing this game with 2 of my buddies, but unfortunately, we ran into a competition where a player has 6 accounts and abuses transfers(sell player under value, buy max value) and lineups(when playing own teams, fieldplayer in goal, goalies as strikers) to get unfair advantage on 3 of them.
We have reported this player(s) weeks ago, provided evidence, but nothing has been done. All we got back was an email asking if the situation was resolved, to which we replied it was not(including more evidence). Then we received emails saying “You did not provide requested info so this case will be closed in xx hours”.
Let’s be real here, does customer support still even exist? Playing like this is not really enjoyable, so me and my 2 buddies will just quit with this experience… after coming back as players who quit many years ago and willing to spend some money. Feels like a big shame and missed opportunity for this game, I remember cheaters got banned if you reported them like 10 years ago.

Sorry for the 'not so good' experience you had with support.
We get quite a lot of 'rubish' tickets, so in order to minimise the delay we've automated some situations.
To have a faster and effient support, you should make only one report and follow the instructions you get when you get a reply.
I've just asked a colleague to close both reports you still had open and have dealt with the cheating on the league
