Won't let me make offers

Every time I enter the OFFERS section to get Boss Coins, the following appears:
REWARD AVAILABLE!
There is 1 Boss Coin waiting for you
Due to a technical issue you were unable to claim this reward earlier. We are sorry.
This happens to me since I played OSM and what I did was claim it, and when I claimed it, the message didn't disappear even if I pressed the claim button 1000 times, it didn't go away, so what I did was claim the reward and restart the game. This before and now I do the same, when it won't let me I restart it but even if I restart it (the game) it still appears in the offers section and I can't make the offers.

IMPORTANT: Be sure you're able to log on your account (have your username and password, or have it linked to your google account). It's also advisable that you've your account linked to a valid/working mail!
Now:
- Clear all your App Data (go to Settings » Storage » OSM, these steps are different depending on phone brand)
- Re-install app (optional and only if clear App data only don't work)
