    Hi,
    Last few days i bought coins several times with creditcard (as i always do). But payment has completed, but no coins are given. Could you please check?

    At least 8feb and 10feb 9.99 and 24.99.

    Can't find any attempt on 8th and the attempt on 10th was a different amount.

    Are you sure it was this account and not a world account?

    @SpecialOne No i only play on Dutch server. I have bought two times these special offer orange coloured packs, using my mobile. Just like i always do (when there are special offers).
    My credit card is showing payments, my phone says transaction completed. But when i go back to osm it says OEPS. Er heeft zich een onbekende fout voorgedaan. (an unknown error has occured).

    My credit card info says payments/booking on 8feb 24,99. apple.com/bill itunes.com irl

    ... and a few hours ago 10feb the amount of 9,99. apple.com/bill itunes.com ie

    For your info, the same sort of payements i had in dec (24th, 31st), that were purchases that went fine.

    @SpecialOne 10th is today, perhaps that is not visible on my credit card yet. I bought that 1700 BC jersey pack for 16,99. Again i thing the payment had been done, but no coins recieved.

    @SpecialOne Do you know what may have occured?
    For now i don't want to try again because it fails over and over again, while money keeps get written of of my bankaccount.

    Can you please fill in a ticket?

    To speed it up, please add as much info as possible when filling it and don't forget to include payment proofs 👍
