I can´t create a new league

So, today I was about to create a league to play with my friends and I didn´t had enough coins, so I bought some, the 525 coins got into my account without a problem, but when I try to create an Italian League it just doesn´t let me, I put the league, select team, but when I tap to create the league it shows it was an error.
It can probably be because the new update or maybe because I just bought the coins today, can someone help me?
