Bug in scout

With the short timers on the Scout i tried to find an LM or an RM within the range of 85-99 overall but I only get players within the range of 70-79. I didn't use any other restrictions. Could this bug be fixed please?

In the whole game are only one LM and one RM 85+....Perisic and Cuadrado. If those players already play in a other Team in your league, the Scout is not able to find them and offer your other LM and RM with a lower rate or other Midfield player 85+ in some cases. Check if the two play in the league.
