Is it possible to have more information about the different game servers, Dutch and global. For example, can we switch from one server to the other? What are the differences between them?

There's no difference between both 'servers'. They're same game with a different user base. This is something that will be addressed some day by merging both games.

You can't move from one game to the other with same account, but you can have one account on each (the only legal way to have more than one account)
