Nationality bonus

I heard about a nationality bonus for which to activate you need to have a certain number of players from the same nationality
but the game interface never actually stated that anywhere.. is this bonus still a part of the game? and if so, how does it work?

@MazyanoLM10 Yes, it exists and it still works. All you need is to have 6 starting players with same flag. Not on bench, only in starting line up counts.
As for how much exactly it boosts the team it is hard to tell, bit lets say it gives your players around 5% boost to perform better
