    I reported it 3 times yesterday but there is no result yet, this manager has been insulting and even swearing at me since 4p.m yesterday and he does not get banned, because of the support staff isn't composed of Türkish I guess they do not understand these curses and insults, so no action is taken, I really have 2 days I'm very upset of this situation like never before. Besides all things, anybody can not swear at someone, whether in social media or real life. I'm a 28-year-old man, but I regret to see that this behavior has no sanction, and when I tell the man I will report you, he continues to make fun of me, we see that there is no sanction. I play this game to get away from the stress of daily life for a moment, but unfortunately I started to break up because of such people, I demand the necessary action as soon as possible.

    Hi,

    We're sorry that some users don't know how to behave.

    You acted correctly by reporting him and now you've to give time for us to take the necessary actions.

    Sending new reports or insist on the one created will only delay it's resolution.

    Tickets are handled from the oldest to newest. Any new action on the ticket, just moves it to the end of the queue, wether by sending new tickets (they are merged internaly and get the merge date) or by replying to an already created ticket!
