Bought 2 times coins but didn't get them

I've bought Coins with paypal payment (Payment successfull) to create a private lig.

But i did not get the coins.

I thought this would be an error and bought the same package again. Successfull payment again.

No Coins in my account. What the Hell? Where can i get my money back or my coins????
