Bought player for 3.62 times more expensive then is his price

In my league whcih i play for some competition with other menagers i try to build Duch players, and would like to buy de Light. He was shown on list with 97 grade and it cost 39,5M which i spend to him. But when i bought player he is add to my team with 87 grade whit initial price 10,9M or max price for sell around 28M.
