Problems with Fantasy League

We had big problems with the Fantasy League. We opened 6 leagues for our crew league for this, all invitations were sent correctly to the participating managers, but quite a few managers could not join the league via the app. Only via the web version it was then possible for these managers.

4 managers can also not sign up via the web version, and thus can not participate in the league.

It came... And comes... Always this error message.

What can we do?

Did leagues already started?

Can Ive the manager names/IDs and Leagues?

Also which app are we talking? iOS or Android? App version?

Why weren't they able to log via Web? Couldn't they set an e-mail on account and follow the forget pass feature?

Here are some examples.... These managers could not join the league via invitation and via the app. And had to do it via the web version. But it has affected even more managers.

With these managers, among others, it didn't work on the app, and it didn't work on the web version either. They had access to the Webversion. Everyone from them had to ask the league moderator to be able to join the league. The league moderator accepted the request and they were in.

This may be due to the mail provider he use. It may be blocking OSM e-mails. Can you ask him to switch to a gmail account and try again?

About the invites... we're investigating it. I wasn't able to reproduce it yet, so if you've any other info that may help us reproduce it we'll appreciate it!

Thanks for your feedback. I've already given you all the relevant info, unfortunately that's all I have.

However, the problem still exists. Phuqqa created the last league yesterday, again some managers could only join the league via the web version.

Hi,

I've made quite some more testing today and I was in fact able to reproduce the bug on Android App.

Users should be sent to a different page when they check invite on Android App. Reported and we hope to have it fixed on next release (in about 2 weeks).

In the meantime users can accept invites on Web.
