Club funds overload‼️

I have got a strange message in my game saying:
“Earn loads of club funds to improve your team”.
I’m mangling Everton and doing very well on it. I have strong team and I am in 2nd place. My club funds is 300 million . I am doing great in the players transfers
Is that the reason why I got that strange message?

Should I buy spend some of my club funds ?
What will happen if I want to keep my money and even increase it ?
