I have come across this regularly.
I have been offered Declan Rice, value 44.9m at an 80% discount for 44.9m +37 boss coins! That's a discount? Not in my calculations it isn't.
Even if you assume a transfer list asking price of say 68m then an 80% discount would be 13.6m. Ok it is an offer as in you can buy him at valuation price but 80% discount in a retail environment would be a breach of the Trade Description Act.
It's not inthe spirit of the game OSM. You should get the facts right! -

This means that you don't have the necessary amount of Club Funds available and have to pay extra Bosscoins to buy that player. The 'discount' in this particulary case lies in the lower amount of Bosscoins you will have to pay than you would normally have to and thus not on a lower amount of Club Funds.
If you do have the necessary amount of Club Funds, then that means that you have it stored on Savings. You can not buy things with Club Funds if they are in Savings and have to transfer them back first.

Hmm pretty sure its not how it works.. this discount is just some kind of promo stuff that wants to lure you to use special offer. I get special offers every day on this slot, and even though I have almost 3B in cash it constantly tries to lure me into spending more than 300 coins (sometimes even in thousands) for a player.. if its "special" then It shouldnt be more than 50 coins, otherwise whats the difference between this and scouted 100+ player that I can choose which on I want? lol

@FC-Eddie_NL It's just a way of advertising I think. Because this 80% discount ineed is that amount when you count the fact that the palyer would cost 1576 coins originally... but I dont see how that 1.5k BC's price is determined considering the fact that I have the money needed and option to scout the 100+ player for my team which I will pay for 50 BC's.. thats the only thing that bugs me.

@Majstor-MattThese special offers are just as the name says... Special. Because they are special, price will always be special and ALWAYS include BCs payments. Fully BCs or a combination of Club funds with BCs.
You may chose to buy a 100+ from scout, but you'll never achieve a deal like the ones proposed in here. You would never find a 143 OVR CM for 500M and this one will just cost you, because of the huge discount, 394M + 316.... Even the offer without discount (394M + 1576) is cheaper than all the deals you may find on scout.
And of course, like pretty much everything on OSM, this is up to users to take it or not. It's not mandatory.
