I want to open the game and play, but the game gives the error something went wrong.

Hi,

We're sorry that you're facing issues when accessing OSM.

Some of the reasons for these situations are:

Bad/Slow internet
Device being used with other accounts that were locked/deleted by user. Deleting an account doesn't necessarily mean you can log on another account on same device. OSM made it harder for users to switch accounts to minimise cheating.

If it's bad internet, then you've to try again later. If it's because you logged with a different account previously, I suggest you to contact support with a clear explanation and name of the accounts involved.
