Issue with Oops: The player has been already sold

During the day, I tried to purchase Gabriel Jesus (ST) for 78M, then 77.5M, and finally 77M. I attempted to do so using both the Brave browser and the mobile app, but was unsuccessful.
Also, I've tried to buy Stones (DF) instead of Gabriel Jesus before the simulation but result was the same Oops message.
I was very disappointed that I didn't get at least one player, either ST or DF, and I didn't bolster the squad before simulation.
It's crucial especially when we have a transfer event and the list of available players is very limited.
It doesn't happen very often, but sometime it's very critical.Do you know why this happened?

We are facing the same issue today. Do you have any suggestions on it? No one from my team in the battle crew can't buy this one player at least for 2 hours (please have a look at the screenshot below):
